Spring Break

We decided to go to Disneyland for Spring Break. We took everyone, including Jessica, Jake and Jarren. What a freckin' blast!!!! It was Jake and Jarren's first time. While we were there we went to Huntington Beach too. That was a first for a lot of the clan. I will not attempt words because the pictures speak for themselves. However, I will repeat myself and say.... WHAT A BLAST!!!

Our UEA Weekend Lake Powell Trip

We started a new tradition this year. We decided to rent a house boat and head for our favorite lake. Lake Powell. We had never been in October, the water was 74 degrees and the days were around 65 to 70 degrees and the nights were 55 to 60 degrees. Needless to say, I did not get in the water and I ran the heater at night. The kids slept up top except for one night when it was just too windy and I was afraid they would blow away.

We invited my brother to come join us, but at the last minute he decided to sell his home, which sold in just a couple of days so he needed to find a new home. So, we had the the girls invite a couple of friends. Kira and Shawni Williams had a blast with us. They had never been to a lake like that other than Utah Lake with us.
